Founding Shareholder & President
Jim Ferraro founded Ferraro Law in 1985 and has spent over 40 years representing victims of asbestos exposure and toxic torts. He secured the largest compensatory award in Florida for a mesothelioma case in 1995 and has won numerous landmark verdicts, including a $17.175 million verdict in an asbestos case against Georgia-Pacific. A former CPA and Harvard Law guest lecturer, Jim brings both legal expertise and strategic business insight to every case.

James Jr. leads Ferraro Law’s mass tort practice and represents clients nationwide in complex asbestos and toxic exposure litigation. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has contributed to numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and over $50,000,000 in asbestos settlements. He serves on leadership committees in major national litigations and has been named among the “Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Florida.”
